Planner crazy

About a year ago I started really looking at home management binders because my husband and I moved to a house and there were so many things that you just need in a house that you wouldn't need in an apartment. I'm talking about the maintenance that comes with owning a home and constant up keep of it too. So in my search for my home management binder, I stumbled upon planners. It's not like I've never used a planner but with the home management binder I also needed to manage finances and shopping lists much of it would have to be on the go or that I would need the ability to take on the go with me. I struggled to find the right home management binder oh and then I realized I wanted to make my own and include my blogs like a blog management combo. After printing out free planners and management binder systems I realized how much paper and ink I've wasted so I Stopped and I started watching youtube videos instead. I figured the more videos of planners and management binder systems I watched the more ideas I would get of what I really needed in mine. So once I figured out that a planner should come in handy because it's simple and portable and I can add whatever I needed and take out whatever I didn't need anymore.  I took the plunge and purchased a planner from Walmart for $20 at the time I thought it was a lot because there was never a garuntee on if I would stick to it or not and $20 is alot to just throw away. So I bought it and played around with it. I changed the dividers I added dividers it was fun making them but then I got obsessed with watching more planner videos and the more I watched them the more I realized I wanted another planner.
So my husband and I went to our local thrift store, most of the time it was to see if we could find good deals on something we needed in the house. After going several times over the past 4 months or so my collection of planners grew. I never spent $20 on a planner again after the first one, everything I purchased from the thrift stores was between $1.89-$5 that was it. I even found a Franklin Covey and a filofax which had fallen apart not worth spending money on. Most of my planners are either day timer, day runner, random brands and one Franklin Covey. My favorite one that I'm still using is blue and it's spacious and has lots of pockets and I love it. I have A5 sizes I believe they fit half size sheets of a regular printer paper and I have smaller sizes too but never super small like wallet size though. Search you tube to check the sizes. I write smallish but I need my spce on the paper. Anyways I've made blog planners, home management planners and financial planners too but I've come to realize I personally didn't need all of them. I don't carry a planner anymore simply because I never used it when I did carry it. As far as my blogs I changed my planner to fit in my management planner and down sized to only the essentials for each part or section of my planner. I found good monthly inserts and made my own weekly inserts because nothing fit my needs. I just made it up and it's been working for me. Here are some pictures, I also have a youtube video on my channel it will have the same title  as this post.
